MFK Fisher's The Art of Eating
A 50th anniversary edition collection of MFK Fisher's books, Serve It Forth, Consider the Oyster (my favorite), How to Cook A Wolf ( A very timely book with these tough economical times) The Gastronomical Me (in the middle of reading now) and An Alphabet for Gourmets.
This is an incredible book and I can see why all food writers look to MFK Fisher as the best food writer of all time.
